Minneapolis, MN – September 11, 2025 – AVSi, a leading nationwide AV & Technology Systems
contractor, announced today the successful acquisition of Aufderworld and Excel AV Group, two
prominent AV & Technology Systems contracting companies. This strategic move aims to enhance
AVSi’s service offerings and accelerate growth into new and existing markets.
Under the terms of the agreement, AVSi will integrate Aufderworld and Excel AV Group’s specialized
offerings, providing customers with more reliable, scalable, and secure technology solutions. The
acquisition affirms AVSi’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions and expanding its footprint in
the industry.
